January Reflections 2020

So the first month in the year is coming to a close. We have all been busy, creating and planning, reviewing and making new promises to ourselves. Which makes it seem like a good time to review the month we say farewell to and the months ahead we are jumping on into.

Having made changes and resolutions, how do we intend to go forward? What will February bring for us and how many of these good habits will we carry on into the coming months?

Mindfulness, self-reflection and inner development has thankfully, become more and more socially accepted and encouraged, which I believe has started to create a new wave of thoughtful, emotionally developed minds. The change this is having on the everyday world I see on my doorstep is outstanding. People are breathing, engaging, building communities and cherishing the silver linings, saying thank you to each other and accepting and valuing the things in their lives.

This observation has been a reoccurring focal point to my personal January. As a result, I have dedicated January to refocus, re-evaluate and reshuffle my routines, my mindset and my approach to my work and want to share all the juicy bits with you. By Juicy, I mean the good the bad and the bland, so buckle up.

One of the best questions I was asked in January, which has given me so much to think about, has spurred me on (and anyone willing to come on this journey with me,) to share or challenge us with a question to reflect on.

What do you think? Are you up for the challenge?

Hearing your thoughts and feedback and sharing any ‘life changing’ questions (and I don’t say that lightly) would make for such a fantastic 2020!

Keep an eye out for the new questions and yes … I will be sharing my thought-provoking question from January with you very shortly!
