Microsoft bring MSFT Teams to the front line workers of Marks and Spencers. Exploring how the platform supports the team and how using teams has helped the M&S network battle covid through outage pandemic.

Filmed in London through UK fixer, the team visited a range of M&S stores to get a cross section of the use of the system and how it has benefited the levels of staff from the managers through to those in the store.

With a low key agile crew over two units, we visited a range of M&S stores from London to Southampton to interview and document the variety of ways the platform is used but he different teams.
