Piéd a Terre
GreenPark, Upfield and Péid a Terre created some fantastic content for their brand looking at the process, creative decision making and the functioning of their restaurant.
We used the entire day, spending time interviewing, photographing and filming their executive chef Asmakis Chaniotis (inspirational!) and the team in Fitzrovia London. Following the creative process behind each dish and menu as well as the importance of the customer experience.
I was asked to come to take Behind the Scenes Stills and unit stills from the Upfield shoot at Piéd a Terre - London's longest standing Michelin star restaurant.
