What an experience!

Meeting John was one - once in a life time experience, but the love and pride his family and friends brought to the evening was life changing!

Not to brag.. but… I have been so blessed with so many moments in life where I was mind blown.

Moments that made my world stop turning for a moment in it’s beauty and I was honoured enough be able to live the next day knowing, that - what I just saw, felt, listened to, lived through, was real!

This evening was no different.

Madame Tussauds London have unveiled their latest figure, the recreation of Producer, Director, Actor John Boyega!

My brief was that I would have time with him when he met his figure, I would step aside for he live action crew (my dear friends at Revolver films) and then would document his familyinteracting with his wax doppelgänger.

Of course, a moment like this - I offered to take the group photos and help his family celebrate this huge honour and landmark in his career, also a land mark for all their efforts.

It was the most beautiful evening, full of joy, love, respect, honour and most of all gratitude. Impromptu speeches, neighbours crying over being asked to be there, the community spiri, the culture this beautiful group of people brought to this moment in my life - will stay with me for ever.
