GreenPark, Upfield and Elystan Street Restaurant created some fantastic content for their brand, looking at the process, the quality and ethical sourcing of their produce and the creative decision making at the heart of the their establishment.

Phil Howard, Award winning head chef at Elysian Street Restaurant invited us in to follow his process and what a ‘day in the life’ is like at his restaurant. With a range of responsibilities and an army of talented and skilful sous-chefs working in his team, the energy is palpable and the work ethic exceptional.

It was wonderful to watch them work, understand the objectives of each menu, each meal and how the adaptations for the day
