The ad is a two-part "whodunnit" mystery directed by Lucy Forbes. It's about a family of food lovers who discover that their Waitrose Red Velvet Bauble Dessert has gone missing.The ad ends on a cliffhanger, with the big reveal coming closer to Christmas.
